Dove Emblem

Surrounded by family, Nancy Charlene Baldridge passed away peacefully at St. David's Round Rock Hospital on Tuesday, June 18th. Nancy was a bright light in all of the lives that she touched. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Nancy relocated to Lakeway, Texas in 2017 after she was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma. Her sister, Patricia Platt, then became Nancy's primary caretaker and full time advocate. It was only through Pat's devoted time and the efforts of multiple caring doctors that Nancy was able to enjoy almost two years with her sister and her husband, her niece and two nephews and their seven children, which she adopted as her own grandchildren. Nancy is survived by her husband of almost 40 years, Guy Anthony Baldridge, her sister Patricia Platt and husband Stephen, niece Heather Platt Maza and husband Michael, nephew Colin Blaine Platt, nephew Sean Christian Platt and wife Karen, as well as all of their children, Kendall, Ethan, Nolan, Olivia, Maxwell, Eponine and Barry. Her beloved cat, Bushy Tail, has now been adopted by Nancy's close friend, Shirley Grunwald. A brief memorial service will be held at Lake Travis Independent Living in Lakeway, Texas at 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 29th. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the American Cancer Society.
