Frankey Elaine (Biliardi) Davis was born in Tulare, California on December 31, 1946 and was called home on June 23, 2020. She was born to Mary and Frank Biliardi and had one sister, Dolly (Biliardi) Kleinhans. Both of Frankey's parents were hard working Italian immigrants and Dolly lives at their childhood farm still today.

Frankey married Sherman B. Davis (also from Tulare, Ca.) and moved to the bay area while he attained his engineering degree. They ultimately settled in Bakersfield and welcomed three children into their lives; Steven Davis, Teresa (Davis) Reyes and Tammy Davis. Unfortunately, Frankey and Sherman divorced and he died in a car accident in 1984.

Frankey had a talent and skill for secretarial work and held several positions at various law offices before working for Kern County for several decades, until her retirement. After retirement, Frankey relocated to San Luis Obispo to live near her daughter Teresa and called it her home for many years. As her life changed and her dreams evolved, Frankey decided to relocate to Oregon state. She built a home in the small town of Roseburg, on top of a hill, with a breathtaking view.

Frankey loved animals, loved to cook, loved to travel, loved to dance and especially loved to be a mother and grandmother to her family. The local animal shelter held a special place in her heart and she loved volunteering at the thrift store, as it helped fund the needs of the shelter.

Frankey was living her "Best Life" when she was diagnosed with soft tissue sarcoma in September 2018. During her treatment, it was discovered she also had lung cancer (unrelated to the Sarcoma). She fought courageously to stay a bit longer with all who loved her, but ultimately lost her battle on Tuesday, June 23, 2020. Frankey has been reunited with her loving parents, "Butch" and all her beloved pets in heaven.

Frankey has left behind her children and their spouses; Steven (Anna), Teresa (Francisco) and Tammy, her grandchildren; Amanda, Mercedes, Elizabeth, Taylor and Tanner, her great-granddaughters; Sarah and Lucy.

Frankey was loved by so many people, creating a huge void since her passing. She is and will continue to be very missed.

Due to travel and health considerations for others, the family feels it prudent to hold Frankey's Celebration of Life at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to "Saving Grace Pet Adoption Center" in Roseburg, Oregon.
